Hatha Yoga

Yoga is a great blend to any other activities or it can also be used a sole method for exercise and relaxation. Practicing yoga regularly will help circulation, relieve back and neck pain, help with flexibility and bring calmness and clarity to your day.

Gentle Yoga
-(Please call in advance to sign up.)
This class is great for all fitness levels as well as seniors, pregnancy, and those suffering from injury or limitations.

Gentle Yoga is a meditative approach to yoga practice. Through a series of asanas that stretch, strengthen and relax the body and mind, participants build core strength and develop flexibility. With a focus on proper alignment and the integration of breath with movement, participants find ease and well-being within the postures, leading to a renewed connection with self. This class is open to beginners as well as experienced yogis who want a meditative, gentle practice to cultivate self-awareness and inner peace.

Prices-

4 classes for $32 residents,$35 non residents.
6 classes for $42 residents, $45 non residents.
Drop in-$8 for resdients, $9 for non residents.
Personal Yoga Sessions-One-on-one yoga, much like personal fitness training, is tailored to your specific needs. I will work with you to create a practice that makes sense for your body and your level of experience. While all yoga supports you physically, emotionally, and spiritually, one-on-one yoga lets you work on what makes sense for you—at your own pace. 

These sessions are also very helpful for: pregnancy, overcoming an injury, recovering from a surgery, and other psychical challenges.


More information on Prenatal Yoga: This is a gentle class that requires no prior yoga experience. Each pose is specifically chosen to benefit the changing body of a pregnant woman. You strengthen different parts of your body that aid in an easier pregnancy and delivery.
